Dehydration affects almost all Americans. Although we may say that we drink enough water, the question is not just how much water do you drink? but also Is that water getting into your cells? Hydrate I/II open up the channel gates of the cell, to allow your body to adequately pull water into your cells, so that the water you drink becomes the water you use rather than the water that runs right through you. When our bodies are properly utilizing the water we drink (called biohydrodynamic function), the minerals we obtain through our vitamins and food are carried into our system by water. Water is the great transporter. The area between our cells is called the extra-cellular matrix, or the area of great exchange. Water carries in those minerals, into the extra-cellular matrix, into the cells, and picks up the toxins that our body produces and inhales every day, and then theres a trade-off that takes place: The minerals go through the channel gates, into the cells, via water, and the toxin

Enduring a lot of pain in legs and back from being dehydrated. Doctor suggested Gatorade or Pedilyte, which is loaded with sodium. I was on this a few years ago by my Chiropractor, he sold it in his office, I worked out in the heat for hours and never suffered dehydration, I don't do that now, but suffer dehydration year round. I have only taken this for about week and can already tell a difference, the pain in the leg muscles is nearly gone. Thanks for making this available.
